Most of us know by now that drinking water is good for us, that every system in our body depends on water – right??!!
Gleaning from one of my earlier notes on the benefits of drinking water, here is one reason (more to come later in future installments) why we should make drinking 8 – 10 glasses of water part of our daily routine.
